Green mussels are marine organisms that threatened due to heavy metal pollution such as lead and copper in waters. In addition, threatening shell metals also a threat symbiont organisms. Bacteria exposed continuously will later be able adapt (resistance) contamination. This study aims determine the concentration of (Pb) (Cu) green from Lampung Bay test resistance symbiotic bacteria Pb Cu well conduct molecular identification type selected bacteria. research was conducted by analyzing content water samples then isolated using Luria Bertani agar adding concentrations, tested level which were added concentrations 100 ppm 1000 can no longer grow optimally.
